Tonight we grilled up:
- roasted hearts of romain with a compote of heirloom tomatos, niman ranch bacon, gorgonzola, and candied walnuts
- sauted mushrooms with bacon reduction, onions and garlic
- grilled new york beef tenderloin accented with a dab of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt
- grilled tiger prawns semi-ceviche style with line and natural salts
